If so, we invite you to explore the exciting opportunity to become our (Senior) Manager Digital Transformation (f/m/d) and drive the execution of programs and projects with a high strategic impact in the area of operations for HARTMANN. Responsibilities: Crafting and executing a comprehensive digital transformation strategy in the operations field aligned with the oganization´s goals Identifying opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation across all business functions Leading cross-functional teams in the implementation of cutting-edge technologies and digital solutions Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives into existing workflows Ensure delivery in scope, budget and timing as well as managing all program and project risks Ensure appropriate project communication across divisions and countries Create an environment that ensures performance and solution orientation Keeping abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and support organizational change at HARTMANN Qualifications: University degree in business administration or (mechanical) engineering with a focus on IT or digitalization Several years of professional experience in leading digital transformation initiatives Strong understanding in emerging technologies, digital trends and industry best practices Profound knowledge in program and project management especially in the analysis and visualization of processes Proficiency in using MS Office and SAP as well as experience in the areas of machine learning, generative AI, Power BI/Power Apps An innovative spirit and a passion for staying ahead in the ever-evolving digital landscape A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into digital solutions Strong skills in communication and stakeholder management to foster collaboration and drive change Fluent English language skills as well as basic German skills in order to work in a multicultural and international environment Willingness to travel up to 50 % Benefits: Flexible working conditions, such as flexible working hours and mobile working Attractive ways of combining work and family life, e.
